Milestone formally launches the Passion Project

Milestone, the AIM quoted (AIM: MSG) provider of digital media and technology solutions is pleased to announce the formal launch of our flagship product, the Passion Project, at an event on 10th December 2014.

The invitation-only event will be held at the Cass Business School for over 200 guests, the Project’s Ambassadors and over 50 Founding Partners, including Big Invest, Ambition UK, NCVO, Be the Best 21st Century Legacy and Each One Teach One (EOTO). We are also expecting members of the press to be present.

The event will be co-hosted by Kevin Everett and Paul Elliott CBE of the Milestone Foundation, opened by Professor Paul Palmer and include a question and answer session with Ben Drew, aka Plan B.

The Passion Project is already generating significant interest and exposure. As previously announced, the company has recently begun to get on board fee paying Corporate members ahead of the launch. This is a key milestone in the product’s development cycle highlighting the commercial viability of the Corporate offering, which helps underpin the social benefit of the initiative.

As announced on 2nd December 2014, the Rank Group Plc will provide in the region of 1,500 employment opportunities over the coming 12 months, with approx. 80 positions available from Rank alone from launch further demonstrating the programme’s potential in terms of scale and reach.

Following the event, we will open up the programme to a wider range of potential corporate partners as we seek to drive the expansion of the project’s membership base and employment opportunity offering whilst activating new revenue streams for the business.
