The Company announces that its audited annual report and accounts for the year to 30 September 2014 has been posted to shareholders.

Furthermore, the Company has posted a Notice of Annual General Meeting to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH, at 11.00 a.m. on Friday, 27 March 2015
