Agreement with the Royal College of Arts

Milestone is pleased to announce it has recently signed an agreement with the Royal College of Arts’ Service Design programme to research and evaluate the social design and economic impact of both the Passion Project and Winning in the Game of Life™ (WITGOL) programmes operated by the Company.

The Royal College of Arts (RCA) is the world’s only wholly postgraduate academic institution of art and design and is recognised as the number one institution for art and design in the world by the QS World University Rankings.

The RCA’s Service Design programme is the leading programme of its kind in the world, both in terms of scale and academic achievement. It is recognised or excellence by UK and international government departments and leading companies such as Samsung, Jaguar Land Rover, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and the Royal Bank of Scotland through the extensive industry and public sector projects it undertakes on their behalf.

Under this agreement the RCA will conduct qualitative research on the benefits to public health of the WITGOL programme and the Passion Project, alongside discovery and co-creation workshops with multiple stakeholders, in order to generate user journeys and ultimately service blueprints, which demonstrate their potential impact to be referred to in the rollout and delivery of these programmes.

In addition to the agreement to work with Milestone on WITGOL and the Passion Project, the RCA will also be providing some research services into the Group’s Alchemy project in order to produce additional insights.
